The Platform may request additional verification materials.

Submissions and Tips

Users may submit articles, tips, and supporting materials through online forms or email.

Editors may review content for suitability and determine whether and how it will be published.

Editorial review is intended only to assess suitability and category placement and does not constitute verification or endorsement of content.

5. User Content

Users retain ownership of their content.

By publishing content, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Display, publish, and distribute content;
  • Process, store, and back up content;
  • Use content for platform operations, research, educational purposes, and news references.

Users remain solely responsible for their content.

6. Privacy Protection

The Platform provides a Privacy Protection feature.

When enabled, the Platform hides the user's profile photo and displays only the surname, with the given name partially masked.

This feature does not affect the Platform's ability to retain registration information or comply with legal obligations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Use false identities;
  • Impersonate another person;
  • Publish false statements on behalf of others;
  • Publish unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or violent content;
  • Infringe the rights of others;
  • Use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activities;
  • Interfere with the Platform through automated tools or technical attacks;
  • Assist others in violating these Terms.

8. Content Management

The Platform may:

  • Publish, reject, or reclassify content;
  • Restrict, hide, or remove content that may violate rules or laws;
  • Warn, restrict, or terminate accounts.

The Platform is not obligated to verify the accuracy of all user content.

9. Account Termination
